The role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to translate complex AML requirements into effective controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills and proven track record of leading projects.
• Experience in Procedure and Policy Implementation, Regulatory Remediation or similar Business Controls activities.
• Familiarity with AML regulations would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
• Perform monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation.
• Lead the implementation of optimized controls and enhanced QA practices to support business continuity efforts.
• Manage the performance and productivity of team members that conduct quality inspection reviews.
• Ensure timely execution of QA activities including control execution, case management, and results reporting.
• Manage and review all operations front line unit responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews.
• Ensure accuracy of data and that relevant information is captured for inspection metrics to support governance for dashboard reporting.
