Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance or Risk in a large financial services company.
• Ability to build a function, operating model and team from the ground up.
• Proven success leading large-scale control, testing, risk or operating-model transformations.
• Strong ability to communicate with leadership, Risk and Audit on complex topics.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes a quality control strategy for GPO, with governance and continuous improvement.
• Leads testing governance and readiness across FLUs, Risk, Audit and EIT.
• Assesses current testing landscape, identifies gaps and improves efficiency.
• Defines testing standards, methodologies, and governance requirements.
• Oversees testing activity execution, monitoring, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Establishes centralized GPO testing inventory and ownership.
• Drives alignment between GPO and EIT responsibilities for Operations Risk 2.0.
• Identifies weaknesses and recommends corrective actions to strengthen controls.
