Job summary

The Culinary Institute of America is seeking an Associate Director - Health and Wellness Programs to oversee HKHL conferences and related health programs across CIA campuses and partner institutions. This role coordinates program development, trainer curricula, on-site delivery, and online resources to advance health education.

You will lead planning calls, manage schedules, ensure CME compliance, and work with chefs and educators to align nutrition goals with audience needs, CIA-Harvard

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Public Health, Nutrition, Culinary, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Registered Dietician (RD) credentials.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in nutrition, public health, or related field.
• Experience with recipe nutrition analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of food sustainability and cooking; some event coordination or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage HKHL conferences and satellite delivery.
• Organize program schedules with sessions, abstracts, and presenters.
• Lead CME crediting process for the partner institutions to ensure compliance.
• Oversee on-site execution of the HKHL conference and satellite locations.
• Coordinate presenter outreach and invitations.
• Ensure presenters are registered and bios updated on the CIA site.
• Develop digital content and extend HKHL programs.
• Collaborate with CIA and partner leaders for program development.
