The Culinary Institute of America is seeking an Associate Director for Health and Wellness Programs to lead the Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives (HKHL) conferences and related health program delivery. This role partners with CIA and academic leaders to develop and manage program content, logistics, and assessment.

You will oversee CME crediting, speaker coordination, and online resource development while guiding multi-institution collaborations and ensuring program quality and compliance with

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Public Health, Nutrition, Culinary, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in nutrition, public health, or similar industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and lead program planning calls with CIA and partner leadership.
• Develop and update annual program schedules with sessions and presenters.
• Lead CME crediting process to ensure compliance with certification standards.
• Oversee on-site delivery of HKHL conference and satellite locations.
• Lead presenter outreach and invitations for programs.
• Ensure presenters are registered in CIA systems and bios/headshots are current.
