Maine Maritime Academy seeks a dynamic Director of Alumni Relations to lead a comprehensive program engaging roughly 8,000 alumni worldwide. The role coordinates digital, print, and in-person outreach, sustains volunteer engagement, and collaborates across Admissions, Development, College Relations, and Career Services.

The Director will manage CRM workflows, oversee communications, plan events including Homecoming, and supervise staff and volunteers while traveling as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years working in college or university alumni relations.
• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience and a successful record of supporting and motivating staff as well as recruiting, motivating, and managing volunteers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Alumni Board meetings and staff committees; ensure strategic plan initiatives are met.
• Plan and supervise reunion weekend activities; recognize and involve all constituents.
• Maintain and expand class agent programs; oversee Alumni Association Awards materials.
