Salisbury University is seeking a Director of Alumni Engagement to lead the strategic development, implementation, and administration of the Alumni Engagement program. You will cultivate relationships with Salisbury University alumni and strengthen connections across the broader University community, including parents, students, faculty, staff, and other key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of higher education experience in alumni engagement or related area.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
