Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader for Strategic Alliances to shape and drive our global partner strategy.

You will bridge Cisco with top cloud partners, align multi-geo programs, and coordinate with product, engineering, and sales teams to accelerate joint initiatives. In this role you will influence senior stakeholders, oversee complex cross-functional programs, and translate technical tradeoffs into business strategy for cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or related work) with 10+ years in semiconductor strategy or partner management.
• Experience structuring semiconductor partnerships and ecosystem governance.
• Experience aligning chip-to-systems integration and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct line authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year global alliance strategy across geographies.
• Lead cross-company initiatives with Cisco product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Incubate and manage cross-functional programs for product integration and market adoption.
• Act as primary contact for executives at Cisco and partners.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership on partner direction and trends.
