Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in procurement, revenue management, partner relations, or a similar commercial role within airline, travel insurance, hospitality, or tourism industry, and connectivity.
• Negotiation expertise: proven ability to negotiate rates, contracts, or commercial agreements that deliver measurable value.
• Analytical skills: interpret data, reporting, and benchmarking to inform negotiation strategies.
• Industry knowledge: understanding airline and insurance supplier dynamics, distribution channels, global market dynamics.
• Collaboration: cross-functional work with product, sales, analytics to drive objectives.
• Communication: excellent verbal and written skills; proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strategic mindset: develop and execute strategies balancing competitiveness, profitability, and long-term value.
• Adaptability: thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support and/or lead airline and insurance supplier contract negotiations.
• Analyze partner performance data and competitive insights to identify opportunities.
• Execute strategies to enhance partner competitiveness across key markets.
• Maintain dialogue with airline and insurance partners to review performance and capitalize on opportunities.
• Monitor market dynamics to inform negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with travel vertical Partner Relations and Sales teams to drive profitability and member value.
