Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international transportation preferred.
• Knowledge of air and ocean import/export operations and procedures.
• Proficiency with CargoWise or similar logistics software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air and ocean import/export shipment activities from booking through final delivery.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare, review, and process import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, AWB, B/L).
• Coordinate shipment bookings, cargo pickup, delivery, and tracking.
• Monitor shipment status and report delays or exceptions.
• Assist with customs clearance coordination and ensure complete documentation.
