Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with export/import documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, customs and agents to move cargo efficiently.
• Prepare export/import and customs clearance documents.
• Track and trace cargo to ensure delivery.
• Provide billing information to accounting.
• Communicate with clients on freight status, routing, and quotes.
• Coordinate with other branches and agents for service.
