Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with AI specialists and leaders to establish governance, analyze portfolios, and translate complex signals into actionable leadership insights.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations, with strong analytics, CRM data expertise, and experience in enterprise AI or hybrid cloud.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical and excellent at leveraging CRM data and customer insights to form hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders up to C-suite and turn data into executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the global operating rhythm for Applied AI across regions.
• Track customer progression through Discovery to Production stages and optimize funnel.
• Prioritize target accounts and develop ROI-focused workloads with field teams.
• Define and standardize KPIs around Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and revenue sharing for go-to-market alignment.
• Design scalable processes for tracking allocations and solution productization.
• Build analyses and business cases to support investments and resource planning.
