Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Cloudera's Private AI growth. You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and senior leaders to drive governance, analytics, and strategic programs.

The role requires deep analytical skills, experience with enterprise AI, CRM and BI tools, and the ability to translate data into executive narratives. Travel and cross-regional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex strategic challenges.
• Analytical approach using CRM data and customer insights to test hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and technical leaders and craft executive stories.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Proficiency with GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Autonomy in fast-moving, high-trust environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with regional leadership and field teams.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks for top enterprise accounts.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics with Revenue Operations & GTM teams.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment for ARR growth.
• Lead cross-functional processes for tracking allocations and solution productization.
