Job summary

Qualifications

• PMP certification required with 5–10 years IT PMP project management experience.
• Delivery of complex, business-facing projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Expertise across PMI domains, governance, risk, procurement, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and benefits realization.
• Apply PMI practices using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery based on project complexity and risk.
• Define charter, scope, requirements, WBS, schedule, budget, and procurement plans.
• Maintain risk/issue/decision/change logs with owners and escalation paths.
• Lead global, cross-functional teams and coordinate with IT, vendors, and SMEs without direct authority.
• Establish governance, steering committees, tollgates, and concise executive reporting on progress and value.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, contracts, and vendor deliverables; analyze variance.
• Oversee requirements, design, data migration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Enforce SDLC compliance, change control, and required approvals before release.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, training, adoption measurement, and change management for sustainable practices.
• Define and track benefits such as cost savings, productivity, and revenue enablement; transition ownership.
