Meta Resources Group seeks an experienced AI Delivery Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives across global business units. The role emphasizes hands-on AI program delivery, agile governance, and measurable business value from ideation to production deployment.

The contract runs through 2026 with potential extension. Collaboration spans AI engineering, data science, MLOps, product, and enterprise architecture to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience in enterprise tech.
• 2+ years delivering AI/ML/Generative AI programs in last 24 months.
• Experience delivering AI work products in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle incl. Data Readiness, MLOps, Responsible AI.
• Hands-on experience in AI Factory or centralized AI delivery models.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI/ML/Gen AI programs across global functions.
• Drive AI initiatives from intake through planning, delivery, deployment, and value realization.
• Partner with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Manage AI delivery roadmaps, budgets, risks, and executive reporting across initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Platform, Security, Governance, Change Management.
• Operate within Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, hybrid) tailored for AI development.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, PI Planning, etc.).
• Support AI Factory operating model with reusable assets, accelerators, and governance.
• Lead Value Teams focusing on measurable business outcomes and ROI.
