Asana seeks a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive the global partnership strategy, focusing on AI developer ecosystems and third-party integrations that accelerate Asana AI adoption across surfaces. • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, product, or technical roles at a software company.
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global partnership strategy for AI ecosystems.
• Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships with developers and API providers.
• Own end-to-end deal lifecycle from identification to product launch and optimization.
• Represent Partnerships to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to align integrations with roadmaps.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and ROI tracking for the partner ecosystem.
