Tulip Interfaces in Somerville, MA is seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader to shape our AI-native frontline operations narrative and drive global demand. You will own the category strategy, work with the CEO and boards, and build a high-impact team that scales with Tulip's growth.

You will collaborate with product and commercial teams to ensure market leadership, market intelligence, launches, and integrated demand strategies across global markets.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with executive leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to scale marketing during high-growth stages and build teams, systems, and pipelines.
• Experience owning full marketing spectrum: storytelling, brand, demand gen, product marketing, PR, events.
• Experience creating category or positioning as market first-mover with technical fluency.
• AI-native marketing experience and strong data-driven approach at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own Tulip's marketing strategy end to end and define market leadership in AI-native frontline operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team and set operating pace for AI adoption across Tulip.
• Drive pipeline and revenue contribution with data-driven growth and unified ABM across sales, marketing, and customer success.
