Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Manager, AI Learning Programs in North Chicago, IL to coordinate and deliver enterprise-wide AI learning initiatives. You will manage timelines, publish content, oversee learning platforms, and communicate with learners to ensure scalable programs globally.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive content reviews and localization, track key metrics, and support LMS/LXP administration to ensure high-quality experiences for employees across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, program management, instructional support, or related roles.
• Strong written and excellent oral communication skills; excellent project coordination and execution skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience with learning platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members in developing new AI learning programs and enhance existing materials.
• Coordinate and manage the execution calendar for AI learning programs across the enterprise.
• Work cross functionally to coordinate content reviews, localization, testing, publishing and event logistics.
• Track participation, completion, feedback, and other program metrics through dashboards and reports.
• Support LMS/LXP administration and maintenance.
