Job summary

This global leader will set technical and operational standards, review architectures, and ensure regulatory, privacy, and ethical compliance while guiding regional data scientists and engineers

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software/AI engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of people management in a delivery/forward deployed org.
• Experience shipping production LLM apps and AI agents.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Capability building: establish Forward Deployed Engineering competency across regions.
• Define AI use cases, success criteria, and ROI for engagements.
• Review architectures, ensure production quality, and monitor costs.
• Lead deployment of AI solutions with CI/CD, observability, and governance.
