Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, Data Science – GenAI – Neuroscience to lead AI/GenAI initiatives in Neuroscience R&D. You will drive strategy, build scalable AI platforms, and align with enterprise architecture while ensuring scientific rigor and responsible AI practices.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with scientists, and communicate progress to executives, shaping the future of AI-enabled neuroscience discovery at one of several US sites.

Formación

• This role requires a PhD or MS with relevant experience in quantitative science, analytics, and AI.
• Hands-on leadership of multidisciplinary teams across data science and engineering.
• Experience with AI governance, regulated environments, and responsible AI practices.

Responsabilidades

• Set Neuroscience AI strategy, portfolio, roadmap, and measures of value.
• Build and deploy scalable agentic AI and generative AI solutions for scientific needs.
• Own delivery, investment decisions, and outcomes for the Neuroscience AI portfolio.
• Ensure scientific rigor, evidence-based use, and reliable domain representation.
• Establish evaluation standards, expert validation, and responsible AI practices.
• Shape platform capabilities and develop reusable solutions aligned with architecture.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and maintain engineering lifecycle practices.
• Partner with scientists to prioritize needs, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
• Communicate technical choices, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
