Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes division, is seeking a Senior Director of Data & Agentic AI Experience to lead enterprise data, AI strategy, and a marketplace for AI experiences. You will partner with executive stakeholders, shape a multi-year AI roadmap, and drive value realization across functions.

You will build and empower a global team of Data & AI leaders, define governance, standards, and a scalable agentic architecture, while delivering measurable business outcomes and fostering change

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Data, Analytics, Digital Transformation, AI, Product Management, or Technology Strategy.
• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale Data and AI organizations.
• Proven success partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders to define strategic priorities.
• Experience translating business strategy into funded transformation roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Data Platforms, Cloud Ecosystems, Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience leading enterprise product organizations and driving product-centric operating models.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and budgets.
• Proven record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data & AI partnerships with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Govern investment decisions using measurable business cases and ROI targets.
• Define and own the Enterprise Data & AI portfolio from demand intake to value realization.
• Design and govern the Enterprise Agentic AI Experience, including copilots and autonomous workflows.
• Build and govern an Enterprise AI Experience Marketplace for reusable AI capabilities.
• Drive capability-based planning and multi-year AI roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.
