Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin seeks an Advanced Technical Leader and Technical Program Manager to drive modernization and AI enablement within a regulated medical device software environment. Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management or a hybrid technical/execution role in software; regulated industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of formal software lifecycle requirements (IEC 62304, design controls, V&V).
• Experience standardizing or governing release/merge processes across teams or regions.
• Strong technical fluency (C++ and MS Windows) for credible discussions with architects.
• Direct experience with GenAI developer tools in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management across architects, software leads, regional teams, and Quality/Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Translate technology direction into structured programs with milestones and owners.
• Own long-term technical roadmap and track tech debt separate from feature delivery.
• Build and maintain visibility into tech debt and prioritize with architects.
• Own tooling strategy (ALM, CI/CD, code review, defect tracking) across regions.
• Define and maintain release governance; ensure_RFV alignment and metrics.
• Lead GenAI enablement roadmap, governance, and cross-region rollout.
• Act as connective tissue between architects, software leads, and regional teams.
