GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead a globally distributed team across the US, India, and Poland. The role focuses on setting technical direction, AI-enabled development, and building scalable software platforms that deliver meaningful customer value.

Candidate will partner with Product, Program, clinical teams, and security groups to balance innovation with regulatory compliance, privacy, accuracy, and operational excellence while driving engineering

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including scalable platforms and enterprise apps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a globally distributed software engineering organization across US, India, and Poland.
• Define and execute an AI-first engineering strategy to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Establish technical standards, architecture principles, and development methodologies for scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for cloud, edge computing, distributed systems, data, analytics, and intelligent capabilities.
• Lead full software development lifecycle from requirements to production support, advancing CI/CD and quality practices.
