Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management taking technical consumer products from conception to launch.
• Strong technical background with experience working across AI/ML and engineering teams.
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of AI Safety Solutions for Generative AI features.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritize safety-focused initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate bias, monitor content moderation and platform integrity advances.
• Track metrics to measure effectiveness of Trust & Safety efforts and inform decisions.
