Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; or 5 years of experience with a Ph.D, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience within Lam Research Global Operations
• Deep understanding of Global Operations processes, systems, operating models, and organizational dynamics
• Proven experience leading process re engineering, change management, training, or transformation initiatives in complex operational environments
• Experience supporting digital, analytics, automation, or AI enabled initiatives strongly preferred
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills across functional, operational, and leadership audiences

Responsibilities

• Own process re‑engineering, training, adoption, organizational readiness, and AI fluency across GOPs AI portfolio
• Be primary change leader for GOPs AI initiatives, collaborating with internal owners and TPMs
• Ensure AI capabilities are embedded into Global Operations processes and day‑to‑day workflows
• Define and execute end‑to‑end training and adoption strategies for Global Operations AI initiatives
• Develop role‑based training content and enablement materials
• Drive adoption metrics and corrective actions with stakeholders
• Scale organizational AI fluency and communicate changes to leadership
• Establish repeatable change management frameworks for AI initiatives
