Job summary

University of Central Florida seeks an experienced International Agent Relations Assistant Director to develop and manage UCF Global’s network of educational agents. You will coordinate admissions, monitor enrollment, and ensure compliant, ethical partnerships through travel and campus events.

Lead efforts to train agents, evaluate performance, and maintain critical documentation and agreements with the legal team. This role is on-site in Florida with domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; 4+ years of related experience.
• Leadership experience at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with international student recruitment and partnerships.
• Knowledge of SEVIS and F-1/J-1 regulations; DSO experience preferred.
• Data-driven with enrollment metrics to support recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, renew, and terminate agent agreements with legal alignment.
• Train agents via virtual, phone, or in-person sessions.
• Evaluate agent performance via surveys and reports.
• Create and maintain an agent manual with processes.
• Attend conferences, research markets, monitor agent regulations.
• Track enrollment and revenue from agent referrals.
• Oversee commissions and payments to agents.
• Design promotional materials and manage agent content online.
• Maintain regular communication with agents via newsletters.
• Resolve escalated student/parent concerns related to agents.
• Review agent applications and verify documentation.
• Coordinate admissions with Enrollment Services and ISSS; issue immigration documents.
• Support agents and student groups during arrival and programs.
• Host visiting agents and organize annual on-campus events.
• Travel domestically and internationally to form new partnerships.
