Job summary

Czinger Vehicles is seeking a Manager Aftersales Technical Operations to lead a global team delivering top-tier aftersales support for ultra‑luxury, high‑performance vehicles. You will oversee diagnostics, serviceability engineering, parts readiness, and dealer engagement to ensure exceptional customer care.

The role requires deep automotive expertise, people leadership, and excellence in cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automotive aftersales, field operations, or related roles.
• 3+ years in leadership of technical personnel or field teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical cases in fast-paced settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customers, executives, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Senior Aftersales Specialists with clear expectations and KPIs.
• Plan workloads, scheduling, and resource allocation across geographies.
• Coordinate field visits, dealer support, and vehicle repairs.
• Oversee remote and onsite diagnostics and troubleshooting at customer locations.
• Drive root cause analysis with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and suppliers.
• Develop service procedures, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Maintain dealer engagement, escalation processes, and customer experience.
• Monitor fleet health, warranty, and service readiness; report on KPIs.
