  • Establish and optimize an aftersales technical support network, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.
  • Define strategic approaches to improve service response time, issue tracking, and resolution effectiveness.
  • Mentor less-experienced team members and provide training for internal and external stakeholders on technical best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to influence continuous product and process improvements, enhancing both vehicle reliability and serviceability.
  • Serve as the face of the aftersales team for high-end clientele, ensuring a white-glove customer service experience.
  • Establish dealer support frameworks, including structured video calls, in-person visits, and real-time technical assistance.
  • Develop customer and dealer-facing documentation to support diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive aftersales, field technical support, or dealership service operations.
  • Proven ability to resolve highly complex technical issues, balancing customer needs and company priorities.
  • Strong expertise in vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, powertrain, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, managing high-pressure situations with precision and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations, dealerships, and service centers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with carbon fiber, composites, and lightweight materials in high-performance vehicles.
  • Familiarity with advanced vehicle software, control systems, and telematics.
  • Background in ultra-luxury or high-performance automotive brands, where customer service excellence is paramount.
