Job summary

Kraken seeks a senior Affiliate Operator to own and scale our global affiliate programme and KOL strategy. You will manage partner recruitment, performance, and optimization across North America and other regions, maintaining rigorous controls and a focus on sustainable value.

You will work hands-on with finance, product, and marketing to design compelling terms, monitor ROI, and drive incremental funded customers aligned with Payward's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Own and scale an affiliate programme with hands-on execution.
• Commercial judgment across CPA, revenue share and incentives.
• Experience sourcing and growing direct partner relationships, including high-value accounts.
• Interrogate partner and retention data to guide investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own global affiliate programme strategy and execution for Kraken and Krak.
• Build direct relationships with affiliates, publishers, and KOLs.
• Design terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrids) aligned with sustainable value.
• Collaborate with Data to create cohort views and attribution tests.
• Protect the channel from fraud, brand bidding and promotional abuse.
