Job summary

Kraken seeks an Affiliate Growth Lead for the US to build and scale relationships with finance creators and affiliates. You will drive funded accounts and trading volume through CPA, revenue-share and hybrid partnerships, with a focus on Margin and other trading products.

You will own partner acquisition, tracking setup, and cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure compliant, high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience building performance-based creator or affiliate programs for brokerages or investing products.
• Strong network in US finance and investing creator ecosystem.
• Ability to originate, negotiate and grow partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of US advertising rules and compliance review processes.

Responsibilities

• Own US affiliate creator and partner strategy and pipeline development.
• Structure CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals tied to funded accounts.
• Manage tracking, attribution, payouts and reporting for partners.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product and Legal for compliant campaigns.
• Track partner performance and prioritize high-impact relationships.
