Job summary

Kraken is seeking an Affiliate Growth Lead for the US to build and scale relationships with finance and investing creators and affiliates. The role combines business development, creator partnerships, and performance marketing, with a clear mandate: drive funded accounts and trading volume starting with Margin.

This role owns partner acquisition, activation, and ongoing growth, structuring CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals, and managing tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building US creator or affiliate growth programs.
• Experience driving funded accounts and trading activity in financial products.
• Strong network within US finance and investing creators.

Responsibilities

• Own US affiliate/creator partnerships from outreach to activation and growth.
• Structure CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals tied to funded accounts.
• Coordinate with Legal on disclosure and compliant messaging for leveraged products.
• Track performance metrics like funded accounts, trading volume, CAC and adjust strategy.
