Job summary

Forward Air Corporation seeks a Global Sales VP - Aerospace to define and execute the aerospace strategy and drive growth across commercial aviation, defense, space, OEMs, and the aftermarket.

You will lead cross‑functional teams with Commercial, Product, Operations and Finance, build strategic customer relationships, expand market share, and represent the company at industry events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace/logistics.
• Proven revenue growth and market expansion in aerospace sectors.
• Deep knowledge of aerospace supply chains including OEM/Tier suppliers.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR and trade compliance preferred.
