Job summary

Arclin is seeking an experienced Aerospace and Composites Application Development Manager to drive innovation-led growth for Nomex® and Kevlar® in aerospace. The role leads a global technical strategy, application development, and customer-facing support, bridging engineering with commercial teams to advance new materials and solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience, a relevant engineering degree, strong English communication, and hands-on aerospace design expertise.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• BS or higher degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Five+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft or spacecraft design and knowledge of Aerospace specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead global technical strategy, application development, and customer-facing support for Nomex® and Kevlar® in aerospace.
• Manage and mentor a global technical team and guide R&D programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align technology with market needs and opportunities.
• Contribute to standards organizations and publish technical findings to share industry insights.
