Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking a motivated Aerospace and Composites Application Development Manager to drive innovation-led growth for Nomex and Kevlar materials used in aircraft and spacecraft. This role leads global technical strategy, application development, and customer-facing support, reporting to the Global Technology Manager for Aerospace and Energy Solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience, deep aerospace materials knowledge, and the ability to work across

Qualifications

At least five years of team leadership or management experience.
BS or higher degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science.
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Five years hands-on experience in aircraft or spacecraft component or system design and knowledge of Aerospace specifications.

Responsibilities

Consolidate regional market updates, customer needs and technology priorities into a global view for Aerospace.
Lead, coach and develop a global technical team and contribute as an application development expert.
Guide R&D programs for aramid materials, manage specification development, testing, data analysis and interpretation of results.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support customers and translate industry trends into actionable plans.
