DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks an Executive Vice President to head Aerospace & Defence globally. You will shape strategy, lead commercial execution, and drive long-term growth with major customers and ecosystems worldwide.

You will engage senior stakeholders, translate industry insights into differentiated logistics solutions, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree with strong analytical foundations.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in global logistics or aerospace/defence.
• Deep understanding of global aerospace and defence ecosystems.
• Ability to translate industry trends into growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Aerospace & Defence vertical strategy.
• Drive global revenue growth through strategic accounts and new opportunities.
• Position DSV as a trusted logistics partner to OEMs, defence contractors, and MROs.
• Develop industry intelligence and translate it into actionable commercial strategies.
• Oversee commercial excellence, account planning, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement market execution.
