Job summary

Arclin seeks an Aerospace and Composites Application Development Manager to drive innovation-led growth for Nomex and Kevlar aerospace materials used in aircraft and spacecraft. You will lead global technology strategy, guide application development, and provide customer-facing support while balancing leadership with hands-on expertise.

The role requires five+ years of leadership, a BS in engineering or materials science, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of team leadership or management experience.
• BS/BA in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Five+ years of hands-on aircraft or spacecraft component/system design experience.
• Knowledge of Aerospace specifications, materials science, and composites.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate regional market updates, customer needs, and technology priorities into a global Aerospace view.
• Represent the Aerospace team in leadership meetings with project updates and technical recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global technical team while contributing as an application development expert.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate industry trends into actionable technology and business plans.
