Qualifications

• 5-7 years of account management and/or customer support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or technical field.
• Experience with industrial B2B or aerospace industries preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong ability to communicate plans and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM stakeholders and manage communications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to address performance, quality and delivery.
• Leverage feedback and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Provide status updates to customers from initial quote to shipment for new and service activities.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and resolve issues impacting orders.
• Travel 10–15% per year to OEM sites and corporate locations.
