Every Home for Christ is seeking a Business Systems Administrator in Colorado Springs to manage and evolve the organization’s business systems stack. You will implement integrations, automate workflows, and secure cloud-based platforms to ensure reliable data sharing across ministry applications.

The role requires 3-5 years of SaaS/PaaS experience, plus strong knowledge of Azure services, system integrations, and security practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree/experience.
• 3-5 years administering SaaS and PaaS platforms, including Microsoft Azure and system integrations.
• Microsoft Azure, identity, or integration-related certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supports Every Home for Christ’s business systems portfolio (Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Azure, Blackbaud, Cloudflare, Mailchimp, Zapier, AI platforms).
• Designs, builds, and maintains integrations between systems and Microsoft using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware/iPaaS tools, and Azure services.
• Secures cloud applications through Microsoft Entra ID SSO, automated provisioning (SCIM), and RBAC; conducts security audits for compliance.
• Partners with divisions to analyze problems and implement solutions; makes platform decisions within IT Director’s authority.
• Creates and maintains documentation for configurations, diagrams, data flows, runbooks, and standards.
• Communicates platform changes and project status to IT Director and staff; trains users on systems.
• Supports IT standards and cross-trains team members; pursues ongoing cloud/SaaS/integration learning.
• Completes other requests as needed or directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in our Christ – centered community through working in the HQ office and actively demonstrate Every Home cultural values.

• Supports Every Home for Christ’s business systems portfolio (Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Azure, Blackbaud, Cloudflare, Mailchimp, Zapier, AI platforms, etc.), managing configuration, provisioning, licensing, renewals, and resolving related tickets, so systems are reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with ministry objectives.
• Designs, builds, and maintains integrations between systems and Microsoft using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware/iPaaS tools, and Azure services so data moves accurately and securely.
• Secures cloud applications through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, automated user provisioning (SCIM), and role-based access; works with vendors to verify security practices and data privacy terms; and performs routine security audits of access, licensing, and configuration for compliance with Every Home for Christ standards.
• Partners with other Every Home for Christ Divisions and teams to analyze business problems, recommend and implement creative systems or solutions; makes platform decisions within the authority delegated by the IT Director.
• Creates and maintains clear, current documentation (system configurations, integration diagrams, data flows, runbooks, standards, and knowledge-base articles) to ensure continuity, knowledge transfer.
• Communicates proactively with the IT Director, IT teammates, and ministry staff about platform changes, project status, risks, and outages; trains and equips staff to use systems effectively.
• Supports and upholds IT team decisions, standards, and priorities; cross-trains and backs up fellow IT team members; and invests in continuous learning on cloud, SaaS, and integration technologies.
• Completes other requests as needed or directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree/experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years administering SaaS and PaaS platforms, including Microsoft Azure and system integrations.
• Certifications/Licensing: Microsoft Azure, identity, or integration-related certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication methods, and middleware or iPaaS integration.
• Scripting or low-code automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of cloud security, encryption, DNS, and applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Understanding of the needs and challenges of global ministry technology.

Pay will be determined based on qualifications/experience within posted range.
