Job summary

UCB is seeking a Global Advanced Analytics Lead to drive analytic insights across our Patient Solutions. The role supports informing commercial viability of assets, overseeing analytics solutions, and scaling models while collaborating across Asset, Real World Evidence, Translational Medicine, Clinical Operations, and IT teams.

A hybrid work model with 40% onsite in Atlanta, Raleigh, or Boston is offered, with international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 8–10+ years applying predictive modeling and data transformation.
• 8–10+ years leading programs/projects from initiation to implementation.
• 8+ years working with real world data (Claims data, EMR, IQVIA, -omics, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics leadership to leverage advanced analytics for business impact.
• Deliver high-impact data and analytics projects that address key business questions.
• Partner with stakeholders to co-create data and analytics plans.
• Mentor junior data scientists and translators in applying cutting-edge analytics.
• Drive regional and local data-driven insights research and priorities.
• Foster a data science community and ensure reliable study methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Office and other analytics teams.
