Job summary

CRISTA Ministries seeks an International Student Admission and Recruiting Manager to lead recruitment, admission, and enrollment for King’s Schools. You will develop partnerships, manage inquiries and applications, and oversee credential evaluation while advancing CRISTA’s mission to build resilient disciples of Christ.

The role requires travel, strong relationship-building with international families, and alignment with CRISTA’s faith-based commitments. Full-time, Shoreline, WA area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in international relations, admissions, enrollment management, or related sales leadership.
• Experience with school information systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead international recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts.
• Develop annual international recruitment plans and targets.
• Build partnerships with international agencies, schools, churches, and partners.
• Manage inquiries, applications, credential evaluation, and campus visits.
• Travel internationally at least twice yearly and for conferences.
