Job summary

Concordia University Wisconsin is seeking a senior administrator to oversee international admissions and recruitment. The role will drive strategy, travel planning, and multi-channel communications to grow international enrollment and strengthen partnerships with CIC and external agencies.

The position requires collaboration with Marketing, Admissions, and the International Center, with extensive travel and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred and five successful, progressive years of experience within international admissions/recruitment.
• Experience in administration and outreach at a four-year university.
• Marketing, development and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an international recruitment strategy.
• Oversee international recruitment planning, travel, and college fairs.
• Create and manage communications in Slate CRM and multichannel outreach.
• Coordinate with CIC and AVP for international affairs.
• Manage international admissions budget and related activities.
• Interact with partners, agencies, and prospective students.
