Job summary

CRISTA Ministries is seeking an Alumni Relations Data Management Specialist in Shoreline, WA to manage and analyze King’s Schools alumni data. You will support engagement, communications, events, marketing, and fundraising efforts for upcoming Capital Campaigns, collaborating with the RA Data Team and IT to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years of experience in data management and analysis (experience with CRM systems and alumni databases is desirable).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with alumni, volunteers, and community members.

Responsibilities

• Analyze alumni data to identify opportunities for increased engagement and donor cultivation.
• Develop and deliver actionable insights in partnership with the Director of Alumni Relations.
• Generate and manage accurate mailing and email lists for alumni communications, events, and outreach.
