Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree and three years of related experience; transcript must be submitted.
• Effective customer service skills and communication (written and oral).
• Ability to make sound decisions, schedule work, and handle pressure.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; internet/email.
• Knowledge of F-1 visas and SEVIS reporting; adherence to federal/state rules.
• Understanding of admissions, student records, registration, and program requirements.
• Ability to process applications, withdrawals, holds, and course assignments; train staff.
• Ability to generate/analyze reports from SIS and external databases.

Aufgaben

• Process admissions applications, verify eligibility, and assist with enrollment.
• Maintain and update student records; digitize supporting documents.
• Issue I-20s and manage SEVIS/SIS data; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide CE and Credit registration assistance; release holds and codes.
• Liaise with Region 19 high schools and DC/ECHS programs for student services.
• Respond to inquiries on admissions, residency, TSI, ESL, and related policies.
• Prepare and train staff on updates, changes, and compliance requirements.
