Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Atlanta seeks a Global Actuarial Consultant to deliver multinational retirement and benefits consulting. You will lead multi-country projects, coordinate with client HQ and local teams, and manage deliverables and budgets while growing client relationships.

The role requires 7+ years of actuarial experience, ASA or equivalent, and strong leadership. Domestic/international experience is valued, with opportunities for global exposure and career growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of actuarial valuation experience.
• Experience with ASC 715 or IAS19.
• Experience global HR benefit programs or domestic benefits with international interest.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• ASA designation required or equivalent; progress toward FSA preferred.
• Experience living/working overseas preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country projects and smaller engagements by guiding the team across the globe.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets for multiple workflows.
• Serve as primary client contact and deliver quality outputs on time and budget.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with client contacts.
• Provide strategic consulting in global retirement plan accounting, valuation, and design.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to firm knowledge and tools.
