Job summary

EY in San Francisco and San Jose is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across strategic accounts. You will originate opportunities, manage client relationships at the C-level, and lead account planning with EY teams to deliver measurable revenue impact.

You will spend most of your time externally, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating across service lines to win complex digital and AI-related engagements.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of business development/sales experience.
• Proven record of selling complex digital, technology, and/or managed services to C-levels globally.
• Experience selling to front-office and back-office functions.
• Knowledge of Technology industry and AI-native ecosystem.
• Experience with fast-growing, IPO-track companies.
• Excellent client management and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sales impact through personal sales contribution and deal origination goals, owning client relationships, pipeline development/advancement, sales excellence, and account operational effectiveness.
• Approximately 80% externally focused with clients; remaining time on sales strategy, pursuits, and account planning initiatives.
• Help develop and drive the sales and growth strategy at assigned accounts with cross-functional teams.
