Securitas Technology is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee regional and enterprise programs across national accounts, ensuring service performance, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with Sales, Service, and Field Support to align plans, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires a strong background in complex project management, multi-project leadership, and excellence in stakeholder communication, with a focus on strategic account management.

Formación

• BS or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Project Management or a Technical Discipline or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in project management and/or project coordination for complex system integration or professional services programs
• Successfully managed National / Global / Strategic Account relationships
• Proven ability to lead teams, operate independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, including national and global accounts

Responsabilidades

• Manage programs for regional financial, strategic financial, Fortune 1000, global accounts and enterprise customers.
• Support functions at the customer service level for all Securitas Technology project opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Field Support teams to align on account plans and performance metrics.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within the Securitas Technology framework.
• Monitor project performance and provide guidance to keep initiatives on track.
