Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in medium to large corporate environments.
• Experience processing international accounts payable with multi-currency transactions.
• Experience preparing and electronically submitting IRS 1099s.
• Strong Excel skills and professional communication across all levels.
• Proficiency with SAP Concur, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Process detailed invoices with accurate backup, coding, terms and approvals.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Handle international AP, foreign currency invoices, and exchange rate validation.
• Reconcile vendor statements, confirm payments, resolve variances.
• Respond to inquiries from internal staff, partners, and global vendors.
• Review and reconcile employee expense reports for policy compliance.
