Job summary

GAN (Game Account Network) is seeking an Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting to support the Global Controller in overseeing core accounting and reporting activities. The role covers month-end consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, audits, and regulatory updates, with an emphasis on process improvements across global finance.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience coordinating with accounting teams to meet financial reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the global month-end consolidation process for GAN’s B2B and B2C entities.
• Review consolidation-related journal entries, including statutory-to-U.S. GAAP adjustments, intercompany transactions, debt, and foreign exchange entries.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations, invoicing, and consolidation eliminations.
• Prepare the consolidation reporting package for the ultimate parent company.
• Research and evaluate new U.S. GAAP guidance and regulatory developments to determine impact.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of financial controls across B2B accounting processes.
