Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Program Manager to join the Accounting organization, acting as a connective tissue across hubs and time zones. You will own goal-setting cycles, leadership cadence, and internal communications while coordinating with Accounting leadership, the People team, and hub leads.

This hands-on role blends chief of staff, program management, and culture-building, requiring experience with distributed teams and a track record of running recurring programs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, operations, chief of staff, or strategy roles.
• Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
• Strong written communication and ability to brief senior leaders in a few sentences.

Responsibilities

• Run the annual goal-setting process and track progress against goals.
• Maintain an org-wide calendar for close, audit, and milestones.
• Build org health metrics and report trends (attrition, engagement, hiring).
• Run the XLT program, including agendas, meetings, and action items.
• Plan and execute annual offsite and quarterly all-hands.
• Write internal updates and talking points for leadership.
