Job summary

Intel is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a global team across the US, Costa Rica, Malaysia, and Vietnam, focusing on management reporting, balance sheet and cash flow analysis. You will partner with Close, Consolidations, and External Reporting to ensure timely SEC filings and accurate consolidated results.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in corporate accounting, CPA certification, and strong ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience; 7+ with a Master’s.
• Experience leading global teams and preparing management reporting.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting (10-Q/10-K).
• Strong communication with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for management reporting and balance sheet analysis.
• Oversee quarterly management reporting packages and variance explanations.
• Coordinate with Close, Consolidations, and External Reporting for SEC filings.
• Translate financial results into clear leadership insights and action.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and controls in reporting.
• Act as liaison with IT on reporting system impacts and risks.
