Job summary

Typeface is hiring an Accounting Manager for our hybrid Palo Alto HQ. Lead core accounting ops, AP/AR, and month-end close while supporting international subsidiaries. Build control framework and drive process improvements in a fast-growing global company.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, manage outsourced accounting partners, and support audit readiness. Strong staff-level leadership and CPA-advantaged background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; international exposure a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AP, AR, GL and month-end close.
• Experience with international subsidiaries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day core accounting operations and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Manage AP/AR processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with India subsidiary and international entities as needed.
• Support audit readiness and liaise with auditors.
